Spiced Pecans
Recipe from: Karen Robbins
Ingredients:
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 lb pecans
Mix together egg whites, sugar, cinnamon, water, and salt. Stir in pecans. Spread onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250° for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
