"And you stood at your door with your hands on my waist and you kissed me like you meant it and I knew that you meant it. And I knew that you meant it."

A gentleman with an accent came up to the advising desk yesterday morning at Heartland. I quietly and cordially asked him if I could ask where he was from and he said England. And then I asked if I could ask where at in England and he said Liverpool. And I told him that I was there over the summer, in Cambridge, doing an internship. He had no interest in my story and I was bummed. I really wanted to talk England with him and ask him why he was here, of all places, but he just wasn't having it. :(
Wedding Wednesday: Part 2 I wish that I would've applied to blog on Weddingbee . I knew of the website, but didn't even think about it. There is a girl who blogs on there whose wedding was a few weeks ago at Mackinaw Valley Vineyard right outside of Bloomington and Jamie Grant did her photography (which is who I wanted). I didn't take good pictures of us with who was there because my camera went dead at the end. :( It was a lot of fun, though! We played some games, we opened some gifts, we ate some food... good times all around! Here are a few pics. The direction sheet got done. It wasn't perfect, but it got done. I need to let go of perfect. Oh and I assembled the invitations on Saturday and will send them on Friday! I changed my mind a little about when to send them. Traditionally it's supposed to be 6-8 weeks when people receive the invitation, so if I send them on Friday, it'll be right at 8 weeks until the wedding. I don't want to be too jump-the-gun, even though I'm really excited (to both send them and have them out of my possession because I've been working on them for so long). Surprisingly, it only took me a couple of hours to put together 65 invitati...
